His son, Benjamin John Robert was Administrator and Gardian of four minor children: Thaddeus, Edward, Green, and Eliza. Bonded by James Quincy Adams Boatwright, Benjamin John Robert Boatwright, his sons, and Beniah Boatwright, probably Dawson's younger brother. Dawson married Mary Howell Green (1816-1861) on 8-25-1831 Leon County, Florida; she probably the daughter of Thomas Jefferson Green and Agnes Green of Williamsburg District South Carolina, born 1-31- 1816. Grandfather Green moved from Williamsburg to Leon County, Florida in 1828. Thomas Jefferson could be father or Grandfather of Mary H. Green. She died age 45 yrs 1 day on 2-1- 1861 near Tallahassee, Florida. Her Estate probated Leon County 7-22-1861, son Benjamin John Robert was Administrator. All of Dawson and Mary's children were born near Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida.
