Botwright, Arthur Edward, Saginaw, Michigan. Passed away peacefully on January 2, 2005. Age 82 years. He was born in Saginaw May 4, 1922, the son of the late William and Lizzie (Corkhill) Botwright.
He married his loving wife, Carol Ann Marie Bierlein May 10, 1952; she predeceased him December 6, 2001.
He was a career veteran in the Air Force for 25 years and a postal employee for another 20 years. He was a member of the Carrollton VFW Post #1859, the Cooties, the Lions Club and the Retired Air Force Sergeants.
Surviving are his children and their spouses, Dwight and Linda Botwright, Bruce Botwright and Nancy Dupuis, Edward and Debra Botwright, Frances Botwright and Randy DeShone and Grace Botwright; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brother, Glenn Botwright; his sisters, Maude Olson, Alberta Fowler and Eileen Baze. He was predeceased by his brothers, Ken Botwright, Charles Botwright and Frank Botwright; and his sisters, Naomi Botwright and Ann Totten.
Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 6, 2005 at the W.L. Case & Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. M. Samuel Sherouse will officiate with burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens, under auspices of the VFW Post #1859.
